Job Descriptions

-General Affairs, Supervise general administration matters such as officer Supplies, workplace safety, and facilities coordination. -Manage and overseeing employee shuttle service, canteen, Expat management, visa-work permit, stationery & consumable, uniforms , lockers & keys, Maid cleaning service, gardener building service. Scrap management, car rental, fleet card, etc. -Planning long-term development and improvement of buildings, locations to comply with the company's business plan and under approved budget. -Manage subordinates(supervisor& team)to solving problems, improve GA job -Other task as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

Age 25 Years old up.
Bachlor degree in Human resources management or related field.
Experience 5 years in General Afffair
