Working time: Monday - Friday (8:00 -17:00) We are seeking a driven and ambitious International Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring operational efficiency from quotation to delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong ownership, and is motivated by performance-based incentives. New customer and new product development achievements are rewarded through an aggressive performance bonus structure. Key Responsibilities • Client Relationship Management: Engage with global clients to handle inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and manage complaints with professionalism and responsiveness. • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate closely with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure smooth production and delivery timelines. • Business Development & Project Tracking: Identify and pursue new business opportunities; monitor ongoing projects and ensure alignment with sales targets and timelines. • Financial Monitoring: Track accounts receivable and ensure timely payment collection to support healthy cash flow. • Inventory Control: Coordinate both domestic and overseas inventory to meet customer demands and avoid shortages or overstocking. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in B2B international sales or export trading.
Familiarity with global trade practices, incoterms, and logistics processes.
Experience working with manufacturing industries is a plus.
Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and order processing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
Demonstrated ambition and goal-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Open to working across time zones and accommodating urgent client needs.
High level of integrity, accountability, and teamwork.
