Job Descriptions
According to the development needs of the company and the headquarters, monitor work systems, including Server, Network, Software and various applications, prepare technical documents and prepare Reports for monitoring work systems, including Reports of Maintenance Service Agreement of work systems
Coordinate with technical headquarters and other tasks that the supervisor assign.

According to the development needs of the company and the headquarters, monitor work systems, including Server, Network, Software and various applications, prepare technical documents and prepare Reports for monitoring work systems, including Reports of Maintenance Service Agreement of work systems. Coordinate with technical headquarters and other tasks that the supervisor assign.
2. Responsible for daily work such as computer and peripheral equipment maintenance, management, and troubleshooting.
3. Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance and fault recovery of the company's monitoring system.
4. Allocation and management of user accounts (AD, Email, OA, etc.) of the IT system.
5. Maintenance and management of other IT systems (time attendance, access control, etc.)
6. Assist the Hangzhou factory to implement information construction.
7. Train employees who use computers on policies, risks, various threats, and the use of different applications within the organization.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors in time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields.
- Over 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, and IT support.
- Experience in planning the configuration of firewalls, routers, network switches, Wi-Fi.
- Experience with Windows Server, Linux, and other operating systems.
- Experience with Access Control, CCTV and other peripheral devices.
- Experience in using and maintaining computers and IT equipment.

- Experience in designing and planning IT infrastructure projects.
