Job Descriptions1.Be responsible for human resources-related tasks of companies, establish/optimize HR management standards, and improve relevant policies and procedures.
2.Gain an in-depth understanding of business operations, identify pain points, and develop and implement corresponding HR solutions.
3.Conduct recruitment activities, manage the development and coordination of local recruitment channels, and promptly fulfill hiring needs for production and functional personnel.
4.All local HR management tasks in Thailand, including but not limited to on boarding/off boarding, transfers, training, workforce budgeting, attendance management, and other administrative duties.
5.Perform other tasks assigned by the Thailand platform supervisor.
