Job Descriptions

Key Responsibilities: · Lead the development of new motor products, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs. · Oversee product design, testing, and validation processes to ensure quality and performance standards are met. · Develop and implement R&D strategies to drive innovation and improve product efficiency and cost-effectiveness. · Provide technical guidance and support to the R&D team on motor design, testing, and manufacturing processes. · Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge. · Plan, execute, and monitor R&D projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines. · Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development processes. · Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to production launch. · Provide technical guidance and support to the R&D team on motor design, testing, and manufacturing processes. · Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge. · Work closely with the sales, marketing, and production teams to align R&D activities with market requirements. · Present product development updates and technical reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in motor design and development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of motor design principles, electromagnetic analysis, and motor testing methodologies.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools (e.g., Ansys, MATLAB).
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
