Job Descriptions

Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:30 Department: Purchasing Management •Find new suppliers, work on supplier selection, development, and supplier consolidation to ensure sourcing optimization and overall supplier performance. •Develop and Issue request for quotations (RFQ’s) to potential supplier of these commodities. •Analyze supplier quotations and propose or make selection of supplier of product to Motherson group. •Draft, negotiate, and implement long term contracts. •Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers. •Suggest and follow approval of alternative sources to bring additional cost down. •Identify and evaluate potential suppliers including improvement plan. •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure for all process will run smoothly. •Closely work with commodity team to develop continuously evolving commodity strategy. •Responsible for the overall performance of his/her suppliers and their Quality, Cost and Delivery performance. •Support the supplier advancement Engineer in VAVE and Kaizen supplier workshops. •Understanding of Supply chain process. •Cost reduction and VA/VE projects. •New Model kickoff, APQP,Feasibility meeting and follow up. •To perform any assignments from the superior at his/her best. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any related filed.
Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain or procurement.
Good level in English communication (speaking, writing, reading).
Strong problem solving, negotiation, analytical and logical thinking skills
Excellent computer skills, including proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
Knowledge of purchasing practices.
Able to work under pressure.
Proactive, highly motivate and flexible.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 preferred.
