Working under executive/management team to formulate management policy, strategy, and target planning Monitoring assigned tasks to the subordinates, managing the team performance to effectively achieve goals, and reporting performance to the management respectively Monitoring project’s cost controlling and process of construction Verifying contract of construction and monitoring project to be complete effectively Getting involve and brainstorming for any consultants with related parties such as product development, marketing, and business development Being responsible for any assignment from executive team

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineer) or related fields
At least 5 years experiences in property management is preferable
Good interpersonal, communication, management with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
Service minded and be able to work independent and under tight timeline
