Job Descriptions
1.To prepare & issue Export invoice, packing list & submit for Customs clearance.
2.Handling about the Export jobs & DGR shipment.
3.To contact with Forwarder for booking shipments & tracking status.
4.Submit the documentation for applying C/O with DFT.
5.Handle operation concern with ISO9001:2015 , ISO14001:2015.
Qualifications
- Sex: Male/Female
- Age: 30 - 40 year old up
- Education: Bachelor degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply chain management or related.
- Experience: At least 5 years about export work.
- Other Qualification:
- Have knowledge about export work, Issuing Invoice & Packing list, Incoterm, DFT(Rovers & CO issuing) and BOI (if have)
- Good command in English.
- Knowledge in MS Office and IATF16949 will be advantage.
