Job Descriptions

1. Organizational development, according to the company's business strategy planning, think and layout the organizational structure of the business department, and promote changes and adjustments; 2. Performance management, support the business department to implement the performance management system, help set performance goals and evaluation standards; 3. Talent management, assist the business department in talent planning, identify key positions and talent needs, and output and implement talent improvement plans; 4. Compliance risk control, promote the implementation of compliance risk control audits of various businesses of the company; 5. Other matters arranged by the HRBP manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3-5 years of HRBP work experience, manufacturing industry preferred
Familiar with various modules of human resource management, including recruitment, training, compensation performance, employee relations, etc.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to interact effectively with employees and managers at different levels, good at listening and solving problems;
Possess Chinese and Thai language skills
