ธุรกิจ Sea & Air freight forwarder
BTS อุดมสุข
ทำงาน 5 วัน จันทร์ - ศุกร์ (09.00 - 18.00)
หน้าที่
- ดูแลและประสานงานกับลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการขนส่งทางเรือ (Sea Freight) และทางอากาศ (Air Freight)
- ประสานงานกับสายเรือ, สายการบิน และเอเจนต์ต่างประเทศ
- จัดทำเอกสารด้านโลจิสติกส์ เช่น ใบจองเรือ ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบกำกับสินค้า ฯลฯ
- ติดตามสถานะสินค้า และแจ้งความเคลื่อนไหวให้ลูกค้าทราบ
- แก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานและให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ
- ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารกับลูกค้าต่างประเทศ และคู่ค้าระหว่างประเทศ
Qualifications
- อายุ 27 - 40 ปี
- จบปริญญาตรี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
