Job Descriptions
1. Lead the cause analysis and improvement of abnormal yield/efficiency of this station to achieve KPI target;
2. Lead the handling of production line exceptions. If it cannot be handled, highlight it to the manager and team for negotiation and settlement in time.
3. Leading station parameter setting/programming tool optimization/process selection/production line sample board/capacity optimization/production line yield improvement/process and equipment research, the DOE test is followed up with the collection of data for analysis and feedback.
4. Write and update work instructions (including maintenance), etc;
5. Equipment incoming inspection, installation and calibration of measuring equipment CPK & GRG, fault maintenance support and maintenance
6. Assist in the evaluation of new process and new equipment in the station
7. Assist PDE to identify and solve the design/material/process risks of new products in NPI stage
8.Spare parts control and management to ensure equipment safety inventory and cost reduction
9.Product failure analysis, analysis of quality problems at various stages (trial production, mass production, market feedback), and give analysis solutions
10. Participate in the unity and cooperation of trans-department project departments to ensure product quality and improve efficiency;
11.Review and submit relevant materials of LQ to Team to ensure that the station smoothly meets the requirements of LQ
12.Report to the engineering manager and complete the tasks assigned by the manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- Ability to read and write in English
- Master SMT assembly process and understand FPC process specification
- Master FPCA process design specifications, and be able to independently propose DFM for customer design
- Knowledge of process materials and reliability failure analysis
- Equipment maintenance and programming ability, including printing machine (DEK,MPM)/placement machine (YAMAHA series, Panasonic series)/reflow machine (BTU/VITRONICS/ERSA)/automatic dispensing machine
- Have experience in equipment management and lead the team to improve SMT equipment or process success stories
- Quality improvement process and data analysis methods (such as QC seven methods, DFMEA, PFMEA, CP, QCC, 6Sigma, etc.)
- Master and use DOE
- Understand the R & D project management including EI/ESI, NPI/TPI, and product import related processes and input and output components
- Master FMEA, Control Plan, familiar with SPC,MSA and other statistical Control methods, understand 6 Sigma, lean production
- More than 3 years SMT related working experience, more than 2 years SMT equipment experience
- Understand ISO 9000, TS16949, ISO 14000, QC080000
