Job Descriptions
- Plan recruitment strategies for overall recruitment to have candidates on board as per business needs.
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs from end-to-end of recruitment process
- Conduct recruitment and competency based selection processes (interviews, screening and call)
- Collaborate with senior management team for manpower needs and labor market trend.
- Develop recruitment tools for more efficiency and reinforce recruitment network sourcing.
- Manage Visa & Work Permit for expat staff
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related fields
- At least 5 years’ experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Good command of English
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good interpersonal skill and able to work well under pressure.
- Positively proactive, Innovative differentiate, Passionate to success, Collaboration, and Sense of ownership.
