Job Descriptions
-Test all materials requested by all departments according to the relevant SOP.
-Implement auto-testing machine and alignment auto-testing to SOP.
-Support and analyze validation project.
-Monitor compound latex, dispersion, solution, emulsion and other chemical mixture parameters to ensure these figures meet specifications.
-Adjust the compounded, dispersion and solution where needed.
-Test all in-process parameters during dipping to demonstrate the control of the process and process capability.
-Test all physical properties (Tensile strength, Force at break, Elongation, Modulus), EN388 and EN374 in finished goods.
-Analyze and control all specified parameters in the production processes to eliminate deficiencies of the products.
-Provide the start-up parameters testing service prior to starting production.
-Provide calibration service to laboratory section and other department as required by SOP and maintain the update laboratory equipment’s calibration certificates.
-Follow and comply with company rules and regulations as well as all internal and external quality, safety, health and environmental policy, rules and regulations.
-Check whether the place of work is safe and without risk to health or the environment.
-Report all accident/incident occurred in the working area to supervisor promptly.
-Report and records of all chemicals and production waste and disposed in a safe place and proper manner.
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์
- มีความรู้ด้าน GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 17025 and ISO 14001.
- สามารถเข้ากะได้
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้คล่อง
- หากมีประสบการณ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
