Job Descriptions
1. วางแผนการใช้พื้นที่จัดเก็บสินค้าสำเร็จรูป และบริหารงานสต๊อคสินค้าให้เป็นไปอย่างมีระบบ และมีประสิทธิภาพ
2. ควบคุมเรื่องงานรับเข้า-เบิกจ่ายและจัดเก็บสินค้าในคลังสินค้าให้มีความถูกต้องและเป็นระบบ รวมถึงการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในงานด้านการจัดเก็บสินค้า
3. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในการรายงานปริมาณพื้นที่จัดเก็บคงเหลือ รวมถึงแจ้งเตือนกรณีพื้นที่จัดเก็บไม่เพียงพอ
4. กำกับดูแลและบริหารงานจัดส่ง (Outsource) ทั้งในส่วนของการวางแผนการจัดส่ง การคัดเลือกบริษัทขนส่ง และการแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ รวมถึงการควบคุมต้นทุนค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่งที่เกิดขึ้น
5. อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. - ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานคลังสินค้า-จัดส่ง 2-4 ปี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร ติดต่อประสานงาน ทั้งภายในและภายนอกบริษัท
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานโปรแกรม Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint และ E-mail ได้
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานประจำอ.ท่าคันโท จ.กาฬสินธุ์
