Job Descriptions

Duties & Responsibilities: •Prepare and check import and export documents, Coordinate import and export operations •Contact and coordinate with forwarders, book shipping lines (Please make sure) •Coordinate within the organization and customers, report to the supervisor •Perform tasks related to the warehouse system, such as receiving, storing, and maintaining raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products. •Prepare documents for customs clearance procedures as assigned. •Prepare and verify related documents such as job orders, delivery notes, goods receipt notes, invoices, etc., and record product movement data in the system. •Coordinate with the sales department, relevant units, and customers. •Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Languages skills •English : Conversational •Japanese : None Workplace Area: Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate Working Hour: (07:30-17:30 Mon. - Fri. / Some weeks are 07:30 - 16:30 No Saturday Working)

Qualifications

Age 23-30 years
Female Gender
High Diploma or higher level in Logistics or any related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in logistic field or Import-Export from any manufacturing.
Must have knowledge of Incoterm and Freezone.
Must have knowledge of Customs Process.
Conversational daily level of English (email and document).
Able to use computer, Microsoft Office program.
Able to attend face to face interview.
