Job Descriptions

1. BOI filing and verification; 2. Import and export logistics, customs clearance related work (booking warehouses according to trade terms/following up and producing customs clearance documents/paying taxes or customs inquiries/customs inspections/releases/pickups, etc.) and cost settlement; 3. Responsible for reviewing import and export customs declaration documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations; 4. Responsible for researching, analyzing, and understanding policies and regulations related to BOI and import and export, keeping abreast of the latest policy trends, and ensuring that the company fully enjoys preferential policies; 5. Provide material import plan, review tax regulations to determine if there are any certificates involved, and apply for import permits. 6. Responsible for organizing internal staff training on customs affairs, improving employees' understanding of customs management work, enhancing operational skills, and ensuring the legal, compliant, and efficient operation of the company's customs work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in logistics management or international trade management or related fields.
Familiar with BOI filing and verification, with 3-5 years of experience in import and export customs clearance, preferably with experience in participating in PCB factory construction import and export related work and management
Fluent in listening, reading, and writing in Thai, with basic English listening, reading, and writing skills required.
Master the relevant professional knowledge of logistics and supply chain, and understand real-time industry information.
Familiar with BOI, import and export related laws and regulations, and import and export customs declaration business processes.
The local government and customs in Thailand have certain resources and the ability to handle abnormal situations
Work experience in group enterprises
Strong coordination, communication, and self-management skills are required, as well as a high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
Ability to establish good relationships with the government;
