Job Descriptions

Duties & Responsibilities: •Research and implement new motor technologies to reduce costs and improve competitiveness •Manage motor development projects to ensure alignment with project master plans and schedules. •Collaborate with mid-engineers, and manager to gather requirements and define motor specifications. •Coordinate between departments, including suppliers and partners. •Risk Management and develop strategies to address challenges. •Promote process improvement, teamwork, and ongoing efficiency enhancements. Qualifications

Age 30-40 years
Any Gender
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Industrial field
Have experience in project management
Basic knowledge of motor for air-conditioner and electrical appliance design.
Understanding Design for Manufacturing processes and analysis methods such as FMEA or DRBFM.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team to work effectively together.
Excellent coordination and communication skills at the executive level
Conversational middle level of English (To communicate report line)
Basic knowledge of motors for air-conditioners and electrical appliance design is preferred.
Understanding of motor manufacturing and testing processes, including quality standard requirements is preferred.
Understanding of air conditioning systems or the HVAC industry is preferred.
