Job Descriptions

- Led and supervise daily production to meet output, quality and delivery goals. - Plan and manage manpower, machines, tools and materials efficiently. - Drive improvement activities (Cost Reduction, Cost ิBreakdown and Change Request) to boost productivity and reduce waste. - Analyze and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and scrap. - Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs (e.g. Kaizen, Lean, 5S). - Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
7-9 years up of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Background from Electronic assembly is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and production management software (e.g. SAP/ERP systems).
Good command in English with writing and speaking.
Strong knowledge of production planning, warehouse and quality control systems, safety standards, and Kaizen/Lean manufacturing.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
