Job Descriptions

Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Product Design •Define feasible product specifications based on requirements (e.g., capacity, efficiency, operation temperature range, size). •Identify design risks and plan strategic risk mitigation. •Design refrigerant circuits (circuit structure and optimal refrigerant volume). •Design and select key components such as compressors, heat exchangers, solenoid valves, and capillaries through performance testing. 2. Prototype & Evaluation •Prepare product drawings and coordinate with suppliers. •Test and evaluate prototype parts, analyze results, and provide feedback for improvement. 3. Project Management (Cross-functional Coordination) •Manage the overall schedule, budget, and progress of refrigerant circuit design projects. •Coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders. •Define design policies and drive strategic implementation. •Evaluate team performance, support member development, and promote process improvement. 4. Documentation •Create design documents, technical reports, and management-related reports (mainly in English). Qualifications

Age 30-45 years
Any Gender
Bachelor's degree in any engineering
Hands-on experience with refrigeration cycle and air conditioning systems
Experience in designing VRF systems (both indoor and outdoor units)
Strong understanding of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
Ability to check and review technical drawings
Able to gather necessary information and work independently
High motivation to grow, able to guide and support junior staff and manage a team
Problem-solving skills and management ability to lead a team
Experience in designing refrigeration cycles for VRF systems will be preferable (heat recovery type)
Able to work in Japanese will be preferable (welcomed for communication with Japan HQ) Languages skills
