Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities
•Administrative Support:
oManage and maintain executives' complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
oPrepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
oOrganize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information.
oHandle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, screening and directing inquiries appropriately.
•Meeting Coordination:
oSchedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including booking venues, arranging refreshments, and preparing necessary materials.
oAttend meetings to take minutes, transcribe, and distribute them in a timely manner.
oFollow up on action items from meetings to ensure timely completion.
•Communication & Confidentiality:
oAct as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
oMaintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and company matters.
