Job Descriptions

Maintenance of Purchase information, price , material description and master data in SAP. Maintenance of supplier database and document filling. Responsible for Purchase order placing (PO’s) and follow ups. Automating PO when stock levels reach reorder points. Cost reduction activities and lead time reduction. Strategic sourcing & localize planning and supplier assessment. Supplier Claim: collect data from customer/ADM, fill in claim form and monitor supplier defect rate. Regularly issue delivery report and potential dashboard reports. Backorders: check regularly about backorders and coordinate with counterparts to fulfil on time delivery to customer. Coordinate with counterpart for Delivery and Storage operation. Other work assigned by company. Interact with senior counterpart at large manufacturing companies, Strategic Sourcing and negotiation with suppliers. Well manage and control Logistics Cost. Service both Internal & External customer with Good service attitude & Team work spirit.

Qualifications

Male or Female, Age 28 - 32 years old.
BBachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Procurement function / Logistics.
Experience with SAP will be advantaged.
Can-do attitude (Result Oriented), Half Glass of Water attitude and welcome to learning any new tasks assign by superior, High Empathy, Careful.
Good communication and negotiation skill, able to work and deal with uncertainties.
