Role Description
This is a work from home position. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through quality engineering, control, assurance, and management practices. You will be involved in the day-to-day tasks of monitoring product quality, developing quality control procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement at our factories, mostly at Rayong and Chonburi area, but not limited to these two places.
Qualifications
- Quality Engineering, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance skills
- Experience in product quality management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards
- Experience in conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
- Quality certifications (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldDevelop and maintain technical data sheets for all plumbing products within your assigned area.Possess a general understanding of relevant certifications like cUPC, NSF61, NSF372, AB100, HVI, CSA, Energy Star, WaterSense, UL, and/or ETL. This is not compulsory since we'll have training provided.Plumbing product experience is highly valuable (although home items industry experience is also considered).
- This job covers: Implement quality standards and create control processesConduct inspections, testing, and data analysis to ensure consistent product quality.Regular travel is required to HW factories in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and China
- Min.3 years quality assurance experienceHardware, tools, plumbing industryFluent in English (spoken & written).
- Independent, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Confident with the ability to challenge the status quo for measurable improvements.
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is a benefit (but not mandatory).
- Previous work experience in an international company (preferably USA company) in a QA/QC role is beneficial.
