Job Descriptions

Supplier Coordination - Communicate with suppliers to coordinate inbound shipments. - Ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials, adhering to quality standards. Order Fulfillment - Coordinate with the sales and production teams to fulfill customer orders. - Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products. Transportation Management - Collaborate with carriers and freight forwarders to arrange transportation. - Optimize shipping routes and modes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. Inventory Management - Work closely with the warehouse team to coordinate the receipt and storage of incoming materials. - Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support production schedules. Documentation and Compliance - Ensure all inbound shipments comply with customs regulations and industry standards. - Manage documentation, including bills of lading and customs clearance forms. Risk Management - Identify and mitigate risks related to inbound logistics, such as delays or shortages. - Develop contingency plans to address unexpected challenges. Data Analysis and Reporting - Analyze inbound logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inbound logistics. - Other duties as directed by MD Rêver Bus and Truck

Qualifications

Proven experience in inbound and outbound logistics or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of transportation regulations and customs procedures.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer issues and challenges.
