Job DescriptionsThe Executive Administrative Officer provides high-level administrative support to teams and serves as a key
coordinator between cross-functional departments at ERGO. This role involves overseeing office maintenance,
preparing reports and correspondence, organizing meetings and events, coordinating office operations, and
ensuring effective communication across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented,
proactive, fluent in English, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an executive assistant, administrative officer, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai And English
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Foreign language skill

Location•Handle general office management duties such as Assets management, Maintenance works, financial
