Job Descriptions

1.Deliver outstanding customer service through proactive engagement, expert product recommendations, and personalized experiences 2.Maintain full knowledge of store layout and operations across all departments, including footwear, apparel, accessories, and cashier functions 3.Handle complex transactions and customer service situations with professionalism and accuracy 4.Support operations in one or more specialized areas such as Shipping and Receiving, POS/Cashiering, and Sales Floor leadership 5.Act as a resource and mentor to new and junior team members; assist in formal onboarding and training programs 6.Contribute to loss prevention efforts by promoting security awareness and coordinating floor activities with other associates 7.Demonstrate strong sales skills through effective cross-selling and upselling strategies 8.May perform keyholder duties, including opening/closing procedures as needed 9.Continuously seek personal development through training, product education, and performance feedback

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion, sports, or lifestyle brands
Can communication in English
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and POS systems
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Able to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods of time
