Job Descriptions
- Check and verify import/export customs documentation (e.g. invoices, packing lists, Form D, Form E, C/O, etc.) - Ensure the accuracy of HS Codes, tax privileges, and declaration contents before submission. - Provide expert guidance on customs procedures involving Free Zone, BOI, and FTA-related privileges. - Coordinate with customs brokers, shipping lines, and the Department of Customs when required. - Monitor regulatory updates and ensure company compliance with local customs and international trade regulations. - Support internal teams by reviewing draft declarations, solving issues, and providing customs-related advice. - Assist in the implementation of customs SOPs and process improvements - Handle audits, post-entry reviews, and documentation for privilege verification when necessary - Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Certified in Customs Procedures or Trade Compliance (Customs specialist license)
  2. Experience in handling customs documentation for manufacturing or large-scale import/export businesses
  3. Thai and English communication skills (reading/writing)
  4. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  5. Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance or a similar role
  6. Strong knowledge of Thai customs regulations, FTA privileges (Form D, E), Free Zone, and BOI processes
  7. Experience using customs clearance software or declaration systems (e.g. Paperless, e-Customs, NSW)
  8. Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external parties
  9. Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
  10. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
