Job Descriptions
1.Training Delivery 1.1.Conduct training sessions for BYD and DENZA brands, covering products, technologies, and assigned topics. 1.2.Act as a training consultant to REVER in planning and executing training programs that align with KPIs. 1.3.Ensure maximum participation and engagement before, during, and after training sessions. 2.Course Development 2.1.Collaborate with REVER to develop new training courses that align with the company’s direction, evaluations, and business needs. 2.2.Continuously improve training content based on feedback, real-world observations, and evolving business requirements. 2.3.Observe dealer operations to gather insights, conduct interviews with role models, and validate training topics prior to delivery. 2.4.Design comprehensive training programs including course outlines, slide presentations, workshops, and activities. 3.Reporting & Analysis 3.1.Work with REVER to ensure accurate collection and reporting of training and manpower data. 3.2.Analyze training data to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and recommend actionable solutions. 3.3.Prepare and submit weekly reports post-training and monthly reports to track progress and share achievements with the Training Manager.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, or a related commercial field.
  2. Proficient in English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
  3. Advanced computer literacy, especially in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  4. Skilled in training delivery and course development using MS Office and video creation tools.
  5. Knowledge of automotive sales processes, ICE/EV fundamentals, product training, and selling skills (up-selling and cross-selling).
  6. Understanding of video creation and social media training is an advantage.
  7. Management skills are a plus.
  8. Holds a valid driving license and is able to travel domestically and internationally.
  9. Passionate, energetic, and highly motivated.
