Sales Engineer – Data Center HVAC/MEP Segment

Job Descriptions
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with MEP consultants, HVAC contractors, and EPC firms involved in data center construction and retrofits
- Promote Watts’ full valve product line, including PRVs, balancing valves, backflow preventers, isolation valves, and fire protection valves
- Coordinate technical presentations, product submittals, and BIM support packages with consultants and contractors
- Track major projects through design, tender, and procurement stages
- Work with PSS engineering and field teams to ensure project support, after-sales service, and compliance with consultant specifications
- Report market insights, competitor positioning, and upcoming project leads
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to long-term business growth
Qualifications
- Male
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, HVAC systems, MEP projects, or building services
- Knowledge of chilled water systems, hydronic circuits, or valve specifications is preferred
- Familiarity with BIM workflows, consultant specifications, and project bidding processes is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools (e.g., Click Up), and technical documentation
- Self-driven, outgoing personality with the ability to build trust with engineering professionals
- Age 23 years and above
