Job Descriptions
•Responsible for General Accounting (AP/ AR / GL) •General admin finance support, handling accounting functions & data entry in Finance Department. •Perform Reconciliation of bank and balances. •Assist the Accounting Services Manager on ad hoc accounting matters. •Ensure all data entries are completed before month end close processing (e.g. accrual for project costs, allocation costs, etc.) •Manage and maintain proper filing records. •Responsible with monthly closing and taxes filings. •Liaise with intercompany accountants. •Handling of staff Petty Cash Claims & journal uploads. •Ensure adherence with company policies and guidelines and to assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls. •Ensure adequacy of monthly accruals of various costs and expenses for proper matching of revenues. •Provides regular monthly analysis of profit and loss accounts and report on variances (actual vs budget) •Responsible for all internal and external audit engagements such as submission of the required schedules, reports, analytics and supporting documents. •Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual/year-end tax filing and government statutory reporting requirement.
Qualifications
  1. Degree in Accounting
  2. Minimum 2 years above of relevant accounting experience with taxation experience.
  3. Well versed in Thailand’s taxation and statutory reporting
  4. Strong understanding of accounting theory.
  5. Highly detail oriented and organized in work.
  6. Highly cooperative with the ability to collaborate with both internal and external parties.
