Job Descriptions

1. Respond to customer complaints, claims, and audits related to quality concerns. 2. Ensure product quality meets customer requirements. 3. Make decisions regarding nonconforming products in cases where the standard is unclear. 4. Follow up on corrective/preventive actions and assess their effectiveness in addressing customer quality issues.

Qualifications

Male/Female, aged 27-35 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or other related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in QA/QC or process engineering.
Basic knowledge of SPC, MSA, FMEA, and sampling plans.
Good command of spoken, written, and reading English.
