Job Descriptions
- Manage all production works of the company.
- Participate in considering and approving the procurement of raw materials, and factors of production.
- Plan operations in accordance with quality policy.
- Decide to accept in special cases where products do not meet quality requirements.
- Search for innovations or new creative technologies; to improve the production process to be modern at maximum efficiency
- Carry out efficient production with no or minimal wastage; along with manage and make the most of available resources.
- Supervise and control compliance with various quality system requirements set by the company.
- Set operational plans, improvement measures, control system and regulations.
- Carry out effective communication to ensure that policies and systems including environmental management will be put into practice.
- Promote environmental care. Proceed to solve environmental problems correctly according to the cause of the problem discovered. Manage available resources for maximum benefit.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, industrial engineers, or related field
- Master’s degree in management or related fields is a plus
- Understanding food industry international standards including Food safety, BRC, Halal, Kosher, SEDEX ·
- Not less than 7 year experience in food industry in management level.
