Job Descriptions
Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., milling, turning, EDM) according to job orders and technical drawings
Perform routine inspections, measurement checks, and tool offsets to maintain product quality
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
Assist in troubleshooting minor machine or program issues
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the working area
Record machine settings, daily production logs, and inspection results
Coordinate with maintenance or engineering team for equipment issues
Support continuous improvement and 5S activities
Qualifications
- Vocational Diploma to Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, CNC Technology, or related fields
- Experience with CNC machine operation and setup (e.g., milling, turning, EDM)
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and use measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
- Basic skills in office software and technical documentation
- Knowledge of G-code or CNC programming is an advantage
- Hard work and good emotional quotient and good team worker.
