Job Descriptions
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities
Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation
Support communication between Chinese staff and Thai/international teams
Assist in interpreting and translating HR-related documents (Thai–Chinese–English)
Provide administrative support to HR operations and employee engagement programs
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Chinese Language, or related field
- Good command of Chinese, Thai, and English (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Experience in HR or admin-related roles is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
