Job Descriptions
1. Participate in new product reviews and be responsible for completing the preparation of quality documents such as control plans and inspection instructions.
2. Responsible for supplier material quality control and claims handling.
3. Responsible for quality control at the production site, analyzing quality issues occurring there, and proposing solutions.
4. Responsible for investigating and analyzing the causes of customer complaints regarding quality issues, familiar with 8D reports and problem-solving methods.
5. Responsible for responding to customer audits and system audits.
6. Collaborate with other departments to conduct data analysis and continuous improvement related to company quality management.
7. Other temporary tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance/control, preferably in manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of quality tools such as control plans, inspection instructions, and quality documentation practices
- Experience in supplier quality management and claim handling
- Solid understanding of shop floor quality control and problem-solving in production processes
- Familiar with 8D reports, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem-solving techniques (e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone)
- Experience in handling customer complaints and audit responses (customer & system audits)
