Daily Operations Management: - Coordinate and last-mile delivery activities, including provide adhoc rider for support store and tracking orders. - Monitor delivery performance to ensure on-time performance. Rider Coordination: - Communicate with delivery rider to process work and support any issues during deliveries. - Ensure rider adhere to schedules, safety guidelines, and company policies. Performance Tracking: - Monitor delivery metrics such as on-time delivery rates, order accuracy, and customer feedback. - Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Problem Resolution: - Resolve delivery-related issues such as delays, misroutes, or damaged items. - Act as the first point of contact for store inquiries related to deliveries.. - Ensure drivers are equipped with accurate and up-to-date route information. Compliance and Safety: - Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements in delivery operations. - Assist in implementing and enforcing operational policies. Reporting: - Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on delivery performance and operations. - Share insights and recommendations with management to improve last-mile operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or last-mile delivery operations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with drivers, customers, and stakeholders.
A commitment to providing excellent customer service and addressing delivery concerns effectively.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in operations and reporting
