Job Descriptions
– ให้บริการตอบข้อมูล ช่วยเหลือลูกค้า และแนะนำข้อมูลต่างๆในเกม
– ประสานงานกับทีม แก้ไขปัญหาต่าง ๆ
– ดูแลคอมมูนิตี้เกม และสนับสนุนกิจกรรมงานอีเวนต์
– ทำงานวันละ 8 ชม. / 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ (WFH)
– งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง
- อายุ 21-35 ปี
- จบการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี (ไม่จำกัดสาขา)
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (พูด/อ่าน/เขียน)
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานเป็นกะได้ (เช้า - บ่าย - ดึก 24 ชั่วโมง)
- ใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
- สามารถประสานงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- รับผิดชอบต่องานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ทำงานเป็นทีม และเรียนรู้ไว
