Job Descriptions
- Welcome and provide service to international clients both in-person (within Thailand) and through online platforms.
- Provide information and consultation to international clients regarding clinic services—from pre-operative, during treatment, to post-operative follow-up. (Training and guidance provided until fully capable.)
- Close sales with international clients via social media platforms such as Line, Facebook, Instagram, and through phone communication.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and internal teams to ensure smooth and effective client service.
- Maintain client database, treatment history, and service follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship.
- Prepare documents related to sales, appointment bookings, and treatment plans for international clients.
- Support marketing activities targeting international clients, such as translation, promotions, and campaigns.
- Report sales performance and assess client satisfaction, with recommendations for service improvement.
Qualifications
- Age between 22–30 years old, all genders are welcome.
- Proficient in using computer programs and iPad devices.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work well with others.
- Experience working in general clinics, aesthetic clinics, or hospitals.
- Good interpersonal skills, quick thinking, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in sales, especially in international markets.
- Ability to communicate well in English with international clients is a plus.
- New graduates with fluent English communication skills are welcome.
