Job Descriptions

1.Design new products or improve existing ones in alignment with user needs and market trends 2.Conduct research and analyze user behavior, market feedback, and competitor products 3.Create design concepts, sketches, 2D/3D models, mockups, and prototypes 4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, marketing, and production to ensure design feasibility 5.Evaluate product performance and make design adjustments as necessary after testing or product launch 6.Prepare technical drawings, material specifications, and other design documentation 7.Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and manufacturing technologies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in product design
Proficient in design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and cost constraints
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
