Job DescriptionsDuties & Responsibilities
** Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant on a day-to-day basis, including opening and closing procedures.
** Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate restaurant staff to ensure excellent service and a productive team environment.
** Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
** Monitor stock levels, order supplies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure all necessary items are available at all times.
** Manage restaurant budgets, control costs, prepare financial reports, and ensure profitability through effective cost and revenue management.
** Ensure all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling standards are followed according to local laws and company policies.
** Coordinate marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and social media engagement to attract and retain customers.
** Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service to maintain consistency and high standards.
** Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure proper staffing levels for peak and off-peak hours.
** Provide regular reports to Top management and maintain effective communication across departments.
