Job Descriptions
General Administrative Support: Translate or interpret documents and conversations as needed (if multilingual) and handle day-to-day general administrative tasks assigned by the management team.
Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate purchase records, supplier performance data, delivery timelines, and cost tracking reports.
Problem Resolution: Address issues related to delays, quality discrepancies, customs hold, or payment matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in international procurement or coordination
- Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Mandarin, are a plus)
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional attitude, integrity, and a strong sense of accountability
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturdays off, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
