Job Descriptions
1.Recruitment with the request headcount for Opertor to up level
2.Executed end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure efficiency
3.Sourcing candidates from the multi recruitment channel and first screening.
4.Interview Arrangement
5.Employee probation
6.Recruitment Report
7.Training & Development: Support internal and external training programs.
8.Orientation: Conduct onboarding programs for new employees and interns.
9.Handle other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Male or Female, Thai nationality
- 1-2 years working in related experience or above
- Bachelor's Administration Major or related
- Age : 24-30 Years
- Able communicate in English or Chinese Is preferred
- Task management with good coordinating skill, positive attitude and
- work well under pressure
- Good Communication
- Able use the basic computer skills
