Job Descriptions
Role: Human Resources Management (HRM) & Human Resources Development (HRD)
Type: Full-Time
Brief: We are seeking a Human Resources Manager with at least 10 years of experience in the field. However, we also accept applications from new graduates or individuals with less than 10 years of experience if applicants can demonstrate strong ideas, logical thinking, and a clear vision to support this role.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Higher (all academic backgrounds are welcome)
Salary: 40,000 - 80,000 baht/month
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HRM & HRD strategies in alignment with company policies.
* Oversee employee performance : including assigning tasks, conducting diagnoses, monitoring progress, and evaluating outcomes.
* Design and manage employee reward and incentive programs.
* Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), measure performance, evaluate results, and report findings to executives.
* Facilitate employee training and development initiatives that support the company's strategic goals.
* Lead recruitment and selection processes to ensure the right talent is brought into the organization.
* Conduct strategic manpower planning to meet current and future organizational needs.
Requirements
* Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and people skills.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications.
* Strong leadership abilities.
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals and across various departments within the organization.
*Aptitude for applying AI in a work context.
