1.ให้คำปรึกษาการใช้งานสินค้า IT แก่ลูกค้า
2.แก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคเบื้องต้น
3.ประสานงานการซ่อม/ติดตามงาน
4.รับฟังข้อร้องเรียนและพัฒนาบริการ
Rotating Shift: 07:00-16:00, 09.00-18.00, 12.00-21.00,13.00-22:00,22:00-07:00
5 days working 2 days off
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in fields related to Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Digital Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related areas.
- Age not over 35 years
- TOEIC score of 550+ (or equivalent)
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends (24/7 operations).
- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service or Call Center roles
- Can start working immediately
