Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: - Strategic HR Leadership & Operations · Lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and training & development · Ensure all HR practices comply with Thai labor law and align with company policies and strategic goals - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding · Develop and execute recruitment strategies for both blue- and white-collar positions to attract top talent · Supervise the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization - Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Management · Oversee payroll, OT, social security, taxation, and provident fund administration · Design and manage employee welfare and benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention - Employee Relations & People Management · Provide guidance on employee engagement, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions · Foster a positive workplace culture and manage internal communication across teams - Liaison with Korean Headquarters · Act as the key contact between Thai operations and Korean HQ for all HR-related matters · Prepare bilingual HR reports and support Korean expatriates and managers with local HR compliance - HR Policy & Process Development · Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and SOPs tailored to local needs and HQ standards · Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen internal HR governance - HR Compliance & Documentation Oversight · Ensure legal compliance and proper documentation related to employment contracts, work permits, and visas · Maintain up-to-date records and proactively manage regulatory risks
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including 5+ years of solid leadership roles in logistics and/or retail industry
  2. Proven experience managing 2,000+ employees across multiple sites
  3. Full-spectrum HR experience, including strategy, operations, and compliance
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead change and inspire teams
  5. Excellent command of English and Thai (both written and spoken)
  6. Hands-on, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  7. Experience in client-facing environments or key account support is a strong plus
  8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
