Job Descriptions

-To oversee + coordinate with internal stakeholders and client regarding customs documentation, including customs declarations, bils of lading, commercial invoices, licenses + permit, ensuring smooth clearance of goods. -To oversee customs brokerage + freight forwarding activities, including managing relationships with transportation service providers, customs brokers + freight forwarders. -To manage trade control compliance, including understanding + adhering to export control regulations, sanctions, embargoes + other relevant trade restrictions. -To ensure compliance with customs regulations, including keeping abreast of latest regulations, procedures, tariffs + trade agreements. -To effectively manage customs resources, foster a culture of professionalism and continuous improvent within his/her team. -To conduct a training on customs compliance and regulatory changes to relevant stakeholders when needed+ -To effectively manage road customs P&L, reducing loss file and maximize profit. -To ensure the accuracy of in-house customs process including classification of HS code. -To engage customs authorities, government agencies + trade organizations regularly by particing in relevant activities + events. -To conduct necessary screenings to prevent the export or import of restricted goods + technologies.

Qualifications

Male-Female / Thai national, age 30-40 years
Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
Experience is sea import operation is as advantage.
MUST have the "Customer Specialist License"
At least 2-3 years in shipping/logistics
Good command in English (written & spoken)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
