Job Descriptions
- Assist the Accounting & Finance Manager in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and necessary adjustments.
- Proactively reconcile and manage the general ledger and balance sheet accounts.
- Review COGS, inventory, and fixed assets to ensure alignment with accounting standards.
- Calculate provisions for reinstatement costs and IFRS 16-related entries.
- Prepare corporate income tax calculations for mid-year and year-end submissions.
- Provide essential support during both internal and external statutory audits.
- Perform monthly inter-company confirmations and year-end confirmations for bank and accounts receivable balances.
- Update bank matrix and coordinate with banks regarding interest income and withholding tax (WHT).
- Support the Accounting & Finance Manager with any ad-hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications
- Male or Female Age 32-36 years old.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in AP, AR, and GL accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (BC365) is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of Thai tax compliance, Thai GAAP, and IFRS.
- Demonstrates leadership, service-mindedness, proactiveness, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
