Job Descriptions
• Understand Thai market, shopper, consumer, and customer insights to input into local channel planning and execution. • Develop and execute brand marketing strategies and annual marketing plans to build Moutai’s brand equity and awareness in the Thai market within the allocated budget. • Partner with “Commercial Teams” on promotion management and evaluation and to ensure negotiations of activations, execution and promotions with customers, where applicable, to increase sales-out and visibility of the Italasia portfolios, in line with brand guidelines and commercial objectives. • Lead the planning and execution of brand activations, product launches, and exclusive events to engage high-value consumers and trade partners. • Manage the full marketing mix including BTL, PR, digital, and customer marketing aligned with the brand’s positioning. • Execute in-market channel plans based on toolkits and brand guidelines through optimizing A&P spend and deliver healthy ROI. • Analyse and propose new business opportunities in both “On - Off Trade channels” and make recommendations on the best course to the company. • Support team with a monthly report detailing successes, learnings, challenges and next month’s plan of each channel and principles. • Report on competitor activity and market intelligence, including promotions, prices, deals and evaluate their impact on our brands and plans, making recommendations to respond appropriately. • Collaborate with the “Commercial Team” to ensure continuous tracking against Minimum Execution Standards, distribution, and activations and course correct where necessary.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (written and spoken) is required
  3. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, preferably within the alcohol, luxury goods, or FMCG industries.
  4. Proven track record in brand building and event activation
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  7. Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently
  8. Good understanding of consumer and customer marketing
  9. Passionate about premium and heritage brands
  10. Creative thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
