Job Descriptions
- Design, execute, and optimize acquisition strategies to generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads in Thailand’s financial markets, aligning with TMGM’s business goals. - Develop and manage localized marketing plans tailored to Thai consumer behavior, cultural context, and regulatory environment, in line with global brand direction. - Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, offline) to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement. - Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitors, and opportunities, using insights to guide campaign tactics and product positioning. - Manage Thailand marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource use and maximum ROI. - Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., lead quality, conversion, ROI) using analytics tools to continuously improve outcomes. - Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, CRM) and external partners to ensure aligned and effective execution. - Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels while adapting messaging to local markets. - Plan and execute product launches, events, and integrated campaigns to support growth and customer acquisition. - Oversee digital marketing execution (SEO, SEM, paid media, content, social) to boost visibility and lead generation. - Develop targeted campaigns to nurture and engage both potential and existing clients. - Provide support and guidance to junior staff or agency partners, fostering a high-performance team culture. - Stay updated on marketing trends and tools, especially in financial services and the Thai digital landscape, to maintain competitiveness.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of hands-on marketing experience, with a proven track record in B2B and B2C acquisition campaigns within financial markets (CFD, FX, Crypto, Indices).
  3. Proficient in Google Analytics 4, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and campaign tracking for performance measurement and optimization.
  4. Experienced in managing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  5. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics, with the ability to implement and optimize search performance campaigns.
  6. Familiar with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and content management systems (CMS).
  7. Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools, prompt engineering for AI-generated content, and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier).
  8. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) for campaign tracking and website optimization.
  9. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira) for planning and executing campaigns.
  10. In-depth understanding of Thailand’s digital landscape, social media platforms, and consumer behavior.
  11. Experience in localizing acquisition campaigns for Southeast Asian markets, with sensitivity to cultural and regulatory nuances.
  12. Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Thai is highly desirable.
  13. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, along with project management skills.
  14. Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
