Job DescriptionsSales Support:
• Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, quotes, and orders.
• Prepare and process sales quotations and proforma invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met, including stock availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Track and maintain sales orders, ensuring that all information is correctly entered into the company’s enterprise system.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding quotations and orders.
• Provide post-sales support, including tracking and updating order status for clients.
• Maintain accurate and organized records for sales orders, shipping, and customer interactions.
• Prepare regular reports on sales and logistics performance for the management team.
Logistics Administration:
• Monitor inventory levels, and assist in coordinating stock replenishment.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and suppliers to ensure smooth transportation and customs clearance.
• Process and track shipping documents and ensure compliance with import/export, local, and international regulations.
Administrative Duties:
• Handle other general, office administrative tasks.
• Provide secretary support to the Management Team.
• Complete any ad-hoc duties and projects, including from headquarters, as and when required.
