Job Descriptions

Plan and execute recruitment for according to the organization’s needs. Develop and enhance recruitment processes for maximum efficiency. Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers and relevant departments throughout the interview and selection process. Manage applicant data and prepare recruitment reports. Negotiate and coordinate with candidates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Law, Political Sciences or any other related fields.
Experie: Consultant of Recruitment agency who used to be in charge of the clients.
at least 2 years of experiences related to the job function.
Computer skills of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
Good command of English both written and spoken
